At best estimate on track for at least five designations just between the ALB that I started the year with, and then two CL/ALB combinations after that. Given that CL's take approx 20 meetings to complete I'll be done April/May 2014.

Guidance committee is set, have completed the first two projects, have picked HPL as my "Toastmasters stats for dummies" project and expect to continue with this for balance of year.
