• 2013 (completed 3/3) - favorite goal? Triple crown and facilitating COT.
• 2014 (completed 10/11 on time, 1 late) - favorite goal? Two triple crowns and facilitating two TLI's.
• 2015 (completed 13/14) - favorite goal? Easy-Speak and DTM.

July 2016: Set a goal of having every active member of PGTM complete at least one educational designation.

✓ July 2016: Lead PGTM to the highest ed award/club base ratio in District 96.

✓ July 2016: Exceed base Toastmasters Club Standards in terms of average 3.00 speeches/meeting.

✓ November 2016: Facilitate transition for January executive to ensure their success.

✓ November 2016: Help Tom succeed with Roberts Rules HPL project.

✓ November 2016: Help at least one of my experienced PGTM members achieve DTM status.
